Picked up a KDX200 "project" bike. Was a non-runner.. I was hoping for a top-end build only, unfortunately it needs just about everything done. Big-end, piston and conrod kit, cylinder needs re-plating and transmission not great.
The KIPS governor lever broke (probably due to non-servicing) and the steel pin did allot of damage internally.
I'm trying to save this bike from the boneyard.. If you have any KDX200 (H or E model) spares at a decent price, please let me know..
I'm doing the work myself as paying someone just won't justify the expense on this bike. Frame, wheels and suspension seem okay.
Any help or leads will be appreciated.
