It seems that the Transalp carrier is designed for a OE mounting plate, but I am not sure.
A while ago Renier (rich, but helluva nice oke ;D) felt sorry for me and donated a small Puig topbox and mounting plate to me. The key was broken off in the lock, but I managed to get it out. Luckily he gave me a spare key so everything is now OK and I would like to make use of the topbox.
I have a few options -
- buy the OE mounting plate from Honda (I cringe at the thought) :deal:;
- buy one from another dog (hence this thread);
- ask someone (Groenie, Runner, etc) to make me a plate;
- make a plate myself.
Any dog that can help, or give any advice?
