Wanted: Zumo 390/395/? mount + cable

Bought a 390 without the mount, and the internet isn't too clear on what I need, but it looks like I need the plastic bracket and a cable? I've already got a ram ball, arm and handlebar mount.

Anyone got one for sale, please?
