12 X Permanent tents incl bed R180.00/person/night and sleeps two. R180 each/night.
50 X Dome tents incl mattress R100/ tent/night and sleeps two. R50 each/night if sharing otherwise R100/tent/night.

General:
A lunchpack can be arranged for Saturday as well as Breakfast on Sunday for those that want. I would suggest a supply of energy bars, biltong, etc. Water is available in bottles.
700lts of fuel is kept and supplied at R10/lt and sold in 5lt lots. :thumleft:

So...if you are bringing your own tent kit all you do is pay Option 1. If you wish to hire a tent then pay Option 1 and Option 2 but specify permanent or dome.
