What to pay? Project - to keep busy!!

Came upon this little QR - and always had a soft-spot for any red Honda with blue seat, XR200'S/500'S..but this probably suit my budget beter :laughing4: What can one pay if the machine/tansmission is good.. everything other, front suspension, seat cosmetically is buggered..
