I work for a big retailer in SA and we have amny buyers that travel to all parts of the globe. I also do an annual trip to the East (China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, etc).
I further have a trip to the US/Canada etc about every second or third year.
Question for the othe intrenationals and frequent travellers is... where in the world does one find the best deals on bike gear (jackets, pants, helmets, boots, gloves, maybe LED spotlights) for personal use?
