Where to ride for a novice in gauteng

Greetings folks. Help please, friend and her daughter are serious novices on ancient Honda's.......CRF 230 and a XR 200....... They would like to ride on gravel roads......farm tracks etc without having the snot scared out of them....looking for places around Retoria etc......I guess 100km radius......many thanks
