In the 2013 event there was only one entrant from the EC and that was yours truly. I am trying to find some more EC entrants (adventure or race catergories) to arrange logistics etc for the 2014 edtion of this great event. It would also be nice to have someone to train with as these rides on your ace can be a bit duanting (particularly for the wife who craps herself every time I go out on my ace.)
I am in EL so anything from logitics point of view west of the N6 would be ideal. For training purposes a morning ride to PE and back can be done. Also anyone that has a sand mine/quarry please send some co-ords/geo reference :thumleft:.
PS: I did a lekka 523km ride 2 weeks ago from EL to G'town (via Katberg pass) and then down to Port Alfred so if anyone is keen can do it again.
