My Garmin Quest went haywire.....now Garmin is willing to supply me with a Nuvi 500....I did a proper search on the specs but I am still at a loss as to what its capabilities are. The question: will the Nuvi 500 be able to do the job as an Amageza GPS ?
This is what you will be needing as far as GPS skills for Amageza
Make sure you are happy with the following navigation options on your GPS.
1/ Navigating a tracklog… starting nav, stopping nav and selecting a new track.
2/ Saving a tracklog…...YOUR track as you ride and how to turn this on and off
3/ Navigating to a waypoint…. Both on road and off road
3/ Finding your position (in the event of needing recovery)
