Winter Gear for Daily Commuting

Hi WD's

This will be my first winter commuting on the bike, so I need to make sure that I am well equipped when winter chill comes along. 

So to the veteran's(WD) can you please advise on the items one can buy to stay warm in winter.

I already have Rally 3 Jacket and boots. I think only thing missing is coverall pants that I can wear over my work pants(must be warm enough), which brand do you guys recommend and where can it be purchased?

Oh I also need warm gloves as well, please recommend.
