XL500S new xhaust?

I need to replace my 1982 xl's exhaust as it is caput. I has huge rust holes in it. Only the canister, the header pipes are fine.

Planning on restoring the bike a bit, and will start by replacing the exhaust.

What would you guys advise I do/use?
