Hi, I am in the process of re-jetting both my 04 XR 400.s for GP conditions. Has anyone else been through this procedure, what would you recommend for pilot, main jet and needle clip position. I just dont want to order a lot of jets and start testing combo's and end up in the end with a lot of stuff I don't use.
My current setup is :Baffle out, spark-arrester out, header welds ground down, snorkel out. Will also ceramic coat the headers, and add a aftermarket air-filter, probable a Unifilter, soon.
From what I read it seems 55/150 pilot/main would be the place to start.
Any comments, help, advice from you guys?
