I'm selling my beloved pantydropper for want of something more "Adventure".
My XR has been meticulously maintained by myself and evidently by the previous owners as well. Filter cleaned after every ride, oil changed after every 3 or 4 rides. Most rides are +-200km in total. Any long (+-1000km) rides, oil changed immediately after the ride + filter cleaned. The engine appears to have never been opened.
A few WDs that I go riding with swear that the fork springs have been upgraded by the way the bike handles the whoops..but I dont know.
We all know these bikes for their reliablity. Put petrol, put oil, and go forever, wherever!! All electrics, switches, lights and indicators work perfectly and all papers in order wadda wadda blah. everything 100% good to go..
It's a 1997 model, 36000km on the clock.

-Acerbis 23L Long range tank (recently fitted, like new)
-FMF pipe + Jetting & desmog etc. (Done by Dux)
-Zeta Hand Guards with Built in Indicators (brand new)
-ProTaper fat bars
-Uni washable airfilter
-Carrier rack
-12V Socket
-Michelin T63 Enduro/Adventure Tyres (fitted +-1000km ago)
-Heavy duty tubes fitted + rim locks.
-Chain & Sprockets fitted +-5000km ago still excellent
Along with the sale comes a box of all original bits and pieces.. Included is: original tank, pipe, hand guards, front mudguard, indicators, Smog thing (vestigial CO2 emissions unit) and a few other odds..
