Need some advice first.....
I'm looking at upgrading the battery on the XT550........ is the MOTOBATT an option and if so - what sort of cost in SA and who sells them?
(internet search indicates: Motobatt Upgrade Motorcycle Battery YAMAHA 550 XT550 82->83 [YB5L-B])
I'm also looking for a replacement XT550 Instrument bracket - anyone have one lying around that I could "wrangle" from your hands
eepwall: - I think same was used for the XT600.............?
Lastly - I've already got a set of the 10W Cree LED spots on my XT - they work like a treat and the main headlight is totally out-performed.......... however I'd like to replace the standard headlight bulb - with a H-4 Cree that I can get hold of.......... any suggestions whether this would work...? (pics of the bulbs below)
