I need some advice. My 1983 XT600Z is in great condition and goes very nice, BUT it refuses to rev above 4800 rpm. And as I found out last week it produces it's maximum output at around 6500rpm, what can I look for. I am an amateur when it comes to mechanics so please explain slowly.
