My clutch seal on the gearbox went just 6 months after I had the box out to do the
bearings. I had replaced the seals as the same time. Anyway, it leaked down the
push rod and exited in the bell housing. I pulled the box to make sure the plate wasnt
contaminated, and to clean it all up.
This is where I got stupid...ok that debateable , some people believe I was born that way. :biggrin: :imaposer:
I stripped the clutch, but never marked it, so when it came time to put it all back together, I
tried to put it all back the same way, but clearly I failed.
Result is from about 5500rpm I get a nasty vide through the bike thats gets worse as the revs climb.
Anyway, I know where my problem is, but how do I fix it ?
Anyone ever balanced a clutch ?
Do I need to remove the flywheel and balance them together ?
