Im itching for at least a quick 2 day trip again, from CT, and looking for something really good. Give me some good ideas...

400-550km per day, depending on terrain
Im not looking for a sand suffer fest like some parts against the West Coast (that will happen another time
)
Scenic
Avoid tar as much as possible, except where doing the 1st 150km on the slab will get me some nice places further afield quickly
Camping (could be wild as well), or cheap accommodation
Preferably as remote as possible
Tough ask from my side - Im pretty picky with my routes, but let's see whether someone offers up a gem I'm not aware of
