Zumo 350 bundled Maps

Hi guys, wow am I stuck. Last night I bought a new lifetime set of maps for my Zumo 350 (i had the street maps 2013 that came with the device). I removed the old map set, and the  tried to install the NuMaps Lifetime set that I bought. The instructions from Garmin say to use Garmin Express to install them... this doesn't work and I just get a message saying my maps are already up to date. I've been on the Garmin site which shows the addition of the NuMaps purchase, and asks which device I's like to link them to. When I chose the Zumo 350 it says they are linked and I can use Garmin Express to install them!

So stuck in a loop here. I now have no maps on the device and can't even get the old 2013 maps that came on the device back on it it seems

Help!!!!
