Wanted TW200 - Engine

Would there even be a possibility of getting hold of a second-hand TW200 engine... have searched all possible places and no luck?

Any suggestions for a replacement engine ............... OR where in Cape Town & what the cost would be to overhaul an existing engine (does start & run - just a whine, which could be bearings)
