Im clueless with regards to setting up the suspension on the rear.

I have the screw at the bottom of the spring and the knob by my seat. What are these for exactly and what conditions ie tar vs gravel do i need tos et them to?

Please can I have a setting up suspension for dummies guide 101!!!
