Yes, I am sure most bike shops can balance them. Trueing a wheel is a bit more difficult.

Let me know if you don't come right. I can true the wheel and balance it for you.

Dan is correct. Progressive springs work best for Dual Sport riding, while linear springs are more suitable for competition Enduro...
