Looking for a drive belt for a PGO 220cc Big Max scooter

Also try Startline. They are Sym agents, and may have a belt that fits. Its unlikely there was a unique belt size for PGO.

    Fuel leak

Glad you came right. I do believe the replacements may have a slightly larger diameter inlet than the original.

OK, that doesnt explain the wet near the pump, but I can agree with what has hapenned to yours. Mine also had a wear mark on the regulator/filter. There is supposed to be a clamp around the body that bolts onto that captured nut, but it seems no-one puts them back once removed. I slit a piece...

    Fuel leak

Take the rubber boot off. The supply hose from the pump is likely leaking. I've been known to cut off 10-15cm and reclamp. If its the factory clamp, they are not reuseable, so you may need to purchase a high pressure clamp. I've also seen the pump housing crack at the outlet. That may require a...

    YZ250 2T Build and Cerakote

Nice going there. I had plans to do a lot of powder and some cerakote, but I spent so much on it already. I may do a few bits in time to come. It really finishes a bike off nicely though.

Thats the thing with doing it for yourself, you never really look at the hours. If I did a guesstimate it would be around 80 hrs. I'm not a youngster, so dont work at light speed. The past 3 weeks have been particularly slow as I needed parts.

And she lives. I need to replace the pump, its just not providing the required pressure. I put in a loan unit and she fired right up. Ran her through a full heat cycle, let the fan kick in etc. had to tighten up a coolant hose which I must have missed. The pump can be replaced just by taking off...
