Must say, I'm not enjoying this season half as much as I did the SA one.
I'm now about 10-15 episodes behind & honestly, I'm not that fussed. I guess I just don't like South & Central America.

I've found you need to approach riding a cruiser with a...
Out of all the bikes on your list, I'd choose the Suzuki VL1500. Over the years a few friends have had those & all have been happy.
That said, as Bliknêrs has pointed out, if you 'get' the whole cruiser thing, you'll eventually want a Harley.

They're called Double take mirrors & you can buy them off eBay or from their website.
The nice thing is that they're modular so you can just buy the mirror head / glass bit online & source the mount & RAM arm locally, thus saving a few ronts.

Strap the armour on & then add as many appropriate warm/cold/rain layers as you need.
The first time she tried it she got as far up as Peru and then COVID happened.
She ended up leaving her bike there & flying home.
The bike eventually got back to the Netherlands but it was in a very sad state.
I don't know how to embed this but she's just done an interview with the Revzilla guys.
It makes for interesting viewing :
