I would strongly suggest getting all the right tools and then do a tube change front and rear before your trip as a practice run...

I take spare tubes and a patch kit. get one of those tools that screw into the valve stem, makes installing much easier and a snap...

Murphy hates spare tubes...😁 Since I started carrying spare tubes and the gear to change a tube I have stopped having punctures. 🤔

That Snapjack is a VERY handy thing, not only punctures, but also removing your rear wheel or lubing your chain. Works easy peasy...

I always travel with 2 spare tubes when I venture far from home (one front and one rear) I then replace the tube on my first puncture...
