Engine rattles when running - like metal on metal rattle - sounds expensive....
First step was to check valve clearances - cheap solution if thats the problem.....
But no - on removal of the Cylinder Head cover........ Engine Very Bad.....
This is my Timing Chain Guide Rail
VS the actual Piece...
Next step is to source parts, gaskets, and I may as well do the Sprag and Clutch plates whilst we are in there.....
