Jip, been there once and enjoyed it very much, I stayed in one of the small hut thingies they have.
From Cpt go to Citrusdal and then over Middelberg pass, lekker route.

Don't see much on their website w.r.t. hiking routes but there surely will be.
I don't see anything on my hiking apps (Komoot), closest I can find is Cerderberg so will have to drive there for a day hike
Alltrails also shows a few hikes nearby
