Found internet@wimpy! :) Bike still runs very rich, black spark plug& smokey. Runs too slow and fuel consumption is 1:14 (or even a bit worse@1:13,5) The rev-counter doesn't work, no problem by me, but can it be that this is because of a bad/damaged CDI which also causes the bad performance...

Jup, I've been watching youtube movies about it and know where to look now. As far as I understand it's not possible to changethe ignition timing on a klr. On the klr 650 forum they also mention timing and valve clearence, but also to check the fuel level at the float bowl.

I'll put the 148 jet back tomorrow. I also will check the timing and valves.  At this moment the original exhaust is back on. I hope to find and solve tomorrow. I'll keep you updated!
