Just by the way... Be careful to order the correct clutch kit. BMW changed the dimensions of the plates at some stage (I think 2008 for the 800GS).

Most bikes will happily carry that weight and the suspension can always be improved. Higher rated fork and shock springs might be a good idea...

Let me know if you don't come right. I might have the correct parts in stock. Looks like the standard Brembo caliper as used by KTM, BMW and many other manufacturers. It is not threaded. Try warming it up with a heat gun or drill it out if nothing else works.

Looking good! I would recommend to re-route the tank breather pipes to a different spot. I think the breather pipes are the cause for the paint flaking off from the upper part of the front side covers. The fuel fumes go through the plastic and dissolve the paint.
