I would love to get 5k from a EO9. More like 2.5k and if you include large sections of tar even less.

The standard tool kit is sufficient. Small tyre levers is a good idea.

If I may add another perspective. The Honda ATwin's ECU is also locked. My experience was that the bike actually performed worse after installing filters, removed the cat and installed a free flow exhaust. A friend confirmed this was the same on his bike.

Not really necessary if you switch the traction control to 1 there is almost no traction control and the bike remembers this setting. I also do not like traction control, but KTM uses a different system (It does not cut the spark) I Might just get used to a little traction control.

You don't really need a dongle if you can live with off-road abs (Rear wheel slides while ABS prevents the front wheel from locking). The traction control is managed from 1 to 9 setting. On setting 1 it is really unobtrusive. Unless you want to switch everything off totally the settings stays as...

It is interesting that very few standard speed bikes does a true 300(GPS speed). I was surprised at a recent top speed run. The top speed for the day was 394 on a Hyabusa turbo, Kawasaki H2 managed 354 (not standard) Plenty speed bikes on the list could not reach 300

Not so easy to fix. Depends on how accurate the maps are. If you have accurate maps redraw the routes over the tracks (where roads are available) and then convert the new route to a track again One option is to actually record the track with the GPS The other option that might work is to view...

I am also looking forward to the 790. Is it only me or does the bike seem low and broad at the bottom, not a very good combination for riding a bit more technical.
