I did not realise that the "rivets" on your KTM is non-removable. On the my 2003 Husaberg its got a circlip at the back that allows the "rivet" to be removed and replaced. Perhaps try to get that type from KTM and fit with BMW disc washers which fits 100%. JhnSnr on the forum still had quite a...
