While I still lived on the Highveld I used to get a lot of pinging and sometimes while blipping the throttle, it would stall the bike, a Power Commander came up for sale on this awesome forum and I grabbed it, it seemed to make a difference, pinging stopped mostly and bike seemed to run better...
