I make those knoppies out of aluminum, so they never break off again. The little piepie below the circlip normally breaks off, then they fall out.

Yes, the 1150 has the same top. Just the bottom end needs an adapter.

If there is enough interest I would possibly be prepared to turn out say 10 sets. Will have to give some thought to costing, but it will most likely be in the region of R800/set excluding shipping and of course the injectors, which the buyers would need to source themselves. Plenty available...

I didn't intend to, but can make more if there are more guys that want. Bit of a hassle making only one set at a time.

    Frame welding

Put the earth clamp as close as you can, if not directly next to where you intend to weld. I have never removed the battery or unplugged the ECU/DME/BMSK/Whatever, and have never had an issue.

    1100 GS Service, 120000 km

Clutch on the 1100 is cable operated, not hydraulic like the 1150/1200.

Correct @Beebop, The o-ring is imbedded in the hole in the throttle body and stays in place when removing the injector.

I haven't investigated that yet, but will have a look at the 1150 setup when I get one in again.

So, this little adapter I turned up makes the bottom end look like the 1100 injector and this little bit makes the top end look the same So this is what we have And assembled, it looks like this. Now just need to make the new retaining plate.
