Yep there in lies the problem for them. They have a contract and if they use the highway without paying Scamrail can really come down on them.

Even if the billing system crashes they will keep on deducting money from the tagged ones as they have a contract where these people agreed to pay and pay and pay.......

Who cares about invoices, photo's being there or not, etc. etc.etc. A summons to appear in court must be hand delivered, I fully intend to defend, so court date must be set......currently that takes up to 2 years....... I will then happily wait for the state prosecuter to prove to the court...

Eczacly, my personal opinion as well, they will go after the trucking companies with large bills, then every now and then try one of the small accounts but the rest will be left well alone as it would cost too much to collect small amounts. They will rely on the tagged ones to show sufficiant...
