Been with BMW insurance for a 1.5 years now. No problams what so ever. Had a bad fall only 3 days after I summitted the insurance doc's. They even came and fetch the bike there in the middle of nowhere. R20k damage to the bike and they paid out in full. Insurance lady could not believed it...
