I think they changed to WP suspension from 2013 onward. Some of the later models had drive by wire throttles and some extra rider modes. Lekka tough bikes.

Each to his own, I guess. A stock standard T7 with a 100kg rider can sit 160 all day long with no issues, that's plenty enough for me.

The Rockfox crashbars on my T7 (just the uppers) has been rusting badly. Very bad pitting and even some peeling on the brackets. That is after a year. Which reminds me, I still need to take some pictures and send it to the guys at Flying Brick as I phoned them yesterday and they requested pics...

I still don't understand how a piece of stainless/aluminum/titanium/carbon fiber with a hole in can cost that much 🤷‍♂️ I fitted a full length, stainless steel, hand made performance exhaust with branches and labour to my bakkie for less than R12000 - that is a system with four silencer boxes...
