    XR600R for sale

Drew Marx and the seller actually made contact here and agreed on a price. Seller even arranged a professional bike courier to collect in Oudts (they had a collection in De Rust, coincidentally) - and then Drew Marx disappeared when the seller required payment to be cleared before he put the...

WR450F oil filter cap o-ring size

Measure the OD, ID and channel width and head on down to your nearest Bearing Man Group store. They have a neat program that will spit out the size required. Basically it factors in a 2 to 5 percent stretch and calculates the volume of the channel into which the seal must compress. I use BMG in...

    Nuvi 660 Forsale SOLD

I just did a quick search, replacement batteries available from batterybay.net for $14.79. I've used them for cell and GPS batteries before, really quick (free) shipping and no hassles. Local customs usually delay the process by a week but it's painless and the taxes aren't crippling...

    Top box for sale

I'm not sure, exactly - the sticker says STLUN and the English looks like chinglish, so it's probably Chinese or Korean or something. The base plate has a gazillion holes so i guess it will bolt onto a few makes. I had it on a KLR - fine to run around town with, but i prefer soft luggage off road

Cost to rebuild/replace 2005 rear shock?

If it's not damaged and is re-useable, i've just had one rebuilt by Martin Paetzold (MP Custom Valve). You can courier it and he'll courier it back. You should get a few cents change from R2900 if you elect to install a decent spring at the same time. Shock rebuild only will cost about R1200...

    My 2005 KLR650 needs a new home

Grunt - I have an 06 and can name off the top of my head about 15 grand's worth of parts that will require upgrading or replacing due to crappy design and probable neglect. Add that to the purchase price and, with labour, you're about 10k over what insurance will pay out if you scribble it, just...

    heidenau k60 front??

K60 rear with a T63 works well for me but you know how these discussions go - just like the oil threads, 300 pages of opinions and we're still none the wiser :-)

    Service your swingarm

Farkit. Had to make a puller, used a tin of Q10 and attacked it with a heat gun. Shaft eventually let go, in small stages,  looks like the ones above but the bearings have a bit of grease in still. Wish I'd known about this ages ago, would have saved myself a heap of hassle. 06 with 35 thou logged.

    Side Bets for the Experts

Quite harmless, if a bit abrasive? Sorry, I dislike wading thru 7 pages of guff to get to the meat. Nothing personal buddy
