I don't see a lot of cladding. Might be sophisticated materiel but there's commendably little of it. This granny doesn't wear very much but unashamedly shows her lean and wiry torso which is a lot less baggy than some of her juniors, so why shouldn't it be skimpy and sexy?

Was actually thinking of Uniondale, but same applies to Willowmore.

No doubt Willowmore has declined just like most other places sadly. A particular pest are the kids who want to 'look after' your bike. But there are still some lekker places there to pull in for eats.

In the 1920's Ferrari ran a racing team, but they didn't make bikes. They used Nortons. Without air filters.

And so it bloody well should be, on any bike. Likewise the spark plugs, oil filter and drain plug, and sprockets. And electric globes. No matter that you only do the job every 50k km. Shouldn't make any difference. Why do designers hate DIY maintenance owners?

I'm guessing the oil level window is for the gearbox only? What about the motor, Pre-mix, or positive oiling?

Had to skim back through that vid a couple of times to see that those guys were riding NC's. On the Zuurberg pass. Kudos to them. I remember doing it a couple of years back on my X Challenge. Solo, because none of my mates were prepared to ride it with me. Called me a dopey old bugger and what...

Never ridden one so how am I qualified to comment? Well I have a couple of regular riding mates who are both on their second NC. No reason to replace their first one apart from the fact that they have the money. Both have nothing but praise for reliability, economy and performance that suits...

Rambling a bit off topic, sorry G. A mate of mine has a Pan European. Handsome machine of it's genre, but he damaged a side mirror fubar. Integral part of the fairing there was no possible match but original. Took weeks from Japan and though I don't remember the figure, there was no point...
