As most are aware , and possibly on the older bikes , lights were not the greatest item on them . and often were upgraded . today many feature LED . In my opinion the quest is always to have better dims. I have on my jeeps upgraded the globes to better high W halogen , then to HID , and finally LED . My one jeep still has the HID and the other LED. Both are good led is just instant where Hid has fire up . Now TO MY 1190 KTM , when I acquired it , the bike came with a orange headlight protector , looked cool but at night the light output was hopeless , and I could hardly see , To make things better I fitted a set of 10W spotlights , works well , but still not awesome . Reading up there is a led globe upgrade , but price from the states is un affordable . looked at what's available local from the china store , found a matching set , and will be fitting them this weekend .
Hoping that it will have better dims when needed .
