Well, I took the bike out for a 70 mile run today and wait for it...........the bike seems to be okay, no undue vibration. I'm not going to get too excited yet but on the face of it changing the Lambda sensors seems to have worked.

I'm in the UK but that shouldn't affect the service given should it?  :laughing4: There again given that the BMW CEO was recently interviewed and was saying how happy they were with the market share in SA I would have thought you guys were getting some love!!

OK, the BMW technician has been down to check the bike and has swapped the lambda sensors on the bike for the lambda sensors on the bike he rode down. My local dealer has now tested the bike on a long ride and reports that this seems to have solved the problem. I'll be riding the bike this...

I have had the same issues on my 2010 1200 GSA and it's been back to the dealer several times. They acknowledge there is a problem, severe vibration when the bike is hot and at engine speeds over 4000 rpm, unfortunately they don't know what is causing it. I emailed BMW's CEO in Germany 2 days...
