2010 R1200GS Vibration

I recently purchased a 2010 R1200GS. I notice an engine vibration above 4000rpm, which is mostly felt in my feet. Has anyone experienced something similar? The vibration started suddenly at around 200km on the odo. At that time I though it was a change in road surface! The bike is going for its 1000km service this week, and hope the dealer can sort it out.
