I just got a dakar, and noticed that there appears to be no coolant in the reservoir. I bought this stuff. See pic. Is it okay, do I need to mix it 50/50 with water when adding it? Also do I add the coolant directly to the radiator or into the reservoir? TIA

I was on reserve fuel. The bike started fine, but died after going one block. I filled up on fuel, but the bike still doesn't start. The battery is charged, and so it does turn over. But won't start. I drained the float chamber, but still no joy. What can I try next?
