Cheap bluetooth headset

I've been looking to get a bluetooth headset in case i wanna listen to music while I ride or to be able to take a call while commuting.
Most kits are pretty damn expensive though.

I did find this cheap one on takealot.
Anybody heard of it? got any experience with it?
