1150 GSA fuel line connectors

Help. Found a huge puddle of fuel under the GSA on sunday morning, seems that right hand side quick fuel disconnect (not sure if this is the right name) has developed a crack and is now leaking. The entire fitting seems to be made of plastic, has anyone experienced this problem and how did you resolve it - would prefer something other than a plastic connector?
