Abandoned project, now trying for another time, well actually like the 5th time!!!!!
Have her running, but carb is poked, i am convinced!
Runs erratically, from poor start, to poor idle, to poor acceleration, to popping, to not reving to stuck in high revs......
I am 101% sure not mechanical, as in, butterfly is NOT stuck, cables are NOT frayed , choke is open; to the best of my ability i have checked cleanliness-jets-float etc!
Compression is ok, valves are set okayish, timing is in spec
Anyone point me in an easy direction to buy another bolt on carb or to send to someone who can repair-tune?
PS: the motor is strong when she runs, gearbox is great. This is NOT a road going bike, purely for off road playing
PPS: i did ask superfoxi by PM a while back as he is local, he couldnt help
