For Sale 1984 Yamaha Tenere XT 600

Hi honne, actually quite sad to make this post, but selling my Tenere.
It's an honest, very complete and standard example.
On the road, paperwork up to date and in my name.
Starts easy and rides like she should.
Taken me on many adventures without ever leaving me stranded.
Mileage: 49kKms, but, I don't know if it has clocked over before.
Got the standard aluminium engine guard and original rear rack and toolbox.
Looking to get R35k

Had it since 2020 and sorted out a few gremlins:

1. New carb boot rubbers.(New old stock from CMSNL.com)
2. Replaced all the perishable O-rings and rubber parts in the carbs.(New old stock from CMSNL.com)
3. New chain and sprockets, a few thousand Kms ago.
4. DIY chain slider and chain roller.

Honesty section:

1. Airbox was cracked and fixed with Q-bond, but will need a proper fix or new airbox.
2. The tank has a dent on the right hand side.
3. The plastics are showing their age.
4. The headlight cowl is a aftermarket fibreglass replica
5. The seat needs re-covering.
