Looking at Gumtree and smalls the prices seem all over the place!!!

Anally maintained
Hall sensors replaced and Shaft bearing done 5000 km/s ago, clutch still well in spec.
Small oil leak from top of left head, told not serious but would sort out before selling.
Any feedback most appreciated...
