Well 2 years back I bought a 1200 Triumph Tiger, and as per human nature, when one buys a new toy, the old toys get pushed into a corner and get forgotten. My KTM 520 was left standing outside in the elements, and the one day I did consider taking it for a ride, I was amazed at how quickly it had corroded and its overall condition badly deteriorated. Needless to say the battery was flat and I could not get it kick started...so it was again simply abandoned.
2 Yeasrs down the line, I was sitting in my garage one cold and windy night, wondering what I was going to do this winter to keep myself busy at night. Then I remembered my trusty old 520....so....without another thought it was pulled into the garage and the stripping started. Unfortunately I had already started cleaning and repairing parts when I remebered I should have taken some before pics....
