I have bought this bike on auction at SMD PE in 2015 - I have repaired it and have done around 5000km since and its on around 58000km at the moment. The bike is not a code 3, it is a normal "used vehicle" code with FSH from agents. The bike had some cosmetic damage that was fixed with before, during and after pics available. Only structural damage was the front light/ fairing assembly "spider frame" which was bent, this frame was replaced. The original black GSA rims were sold because I built a 21" silver front wheel and wanted the front and back to both be the same silver (the Excel black and GSA black are completely different).
The original GSA seat (not on any of the pictures) is undamaged and in good condition and will go with the bike. The 2 tone seat was covered by Flying Brick, the colours of the seat and tank do not match 100% as can be seen. Some other extra bits included - tank cover, side covers, crash bar bags, extra battery etc.
I'm happy to have the bike checked out with report prior to the sale.
I'm looking at R70k including the 21" wheel or R64k without. I would consider a part swop part cash trade for Honda XR650, Africa Twin, project Airhead like R50/5 or similar.
The bike needs no work.
