Hi
Here's your chance to own the legendary KTM 990 Adventure R, a sexy one to boot. I purchased an 1190 two months ago, I thought of keeping this one for my son but he's headed overseas again so I want to provide him with some funding, I'm getting my Harley back at the end of the month so this needs to go soon to make space in the garage.
The bike is in good cosmetic condition but wears its fit-for-purpose scars here and there - mostly scratched crash-bars and a cracked auxiliary spotlight. Dux removed the dodgey hazard switch for me, it is taped over at the moment. I gave the bike a good wash yesterday and the right turning signal went tits-up. A small bracket from the RHS crash-bar went awol on a ride a few weekends ago. The steering head bearing will need changing soon.
The full set of Trax panniers and racks go with the bike.
Work completed within the last three weeks: New front Excel rim, new steel and fibre clutch plates, new battery, new E07 rear, new x-ring chain + sprockets, new air filter, changed oil and oil filter yesterday, valve clearances by TRPL7, new exhaust gaskets.
I have the orange master key as well as a spare normal key, cost me R20k when the only key that I got with the bike from ETS broke.
There are quite a number of extras on the bike which can be seen in the pics.
Kilometrage today = 68 455. Paperwork is up-to-date.
Price isR82 000. R75 000. R70 000
