2012 Ktm EXC/ ECW road worthy wiring kit

Road worthy wiring kit for a 2012 ktm 300 EXC/ECW    can you get these  and can these  bikes be licenced for road useage   .........
The Kit would need headlight switchs , indicator switch  , indicators  brake lights etc etc   

Would anybody know have any info on this
